Base URL
Two families of routes share it:
/core/accounts/{account_id}/… for conversations, messages, contacts,
inboxes, teams, agents and account webhooks./api/v2/accounts/{account_id}/… for AI agents and knowledge, WhatsApp
templates and broadcasts, workflows, chat menus, signed outbound webhooks
and API keys.
Your account_id is the number in the dashboard URL.
Trying calls from these pages
Each endpoint page has a panel. Paste a token into the Authorization
field (the panel adds Bearer for you), fill the path parameters and press
Send.
The panel talks to your live account. A POST to messages sends a real
message; a DELETE really deletes. Use a scoped key with read scopes while
you explore, and test writes on a throwaway conversation.
The contract
The reference is generated from the OpenAPI document this site ships. The
same contract is published live by the API at
app.huechat.ai/developers/openapi.json,
so a client generated from either stays in step with production.
Not in this reference
Sign-in, billing, the dashboard assistant and operator surfaces are
deliberately absent. If you need something you cannot find, write to
support@huechat.ai.
